Welcome to DelDesk. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the DelDesk website, software, and related services. By accessing or using DelDesk, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Overview of the Service
DelDesk provides AI-powered helpdesk software designed to learn from customer support interactions and assist with automating responses.
The Service may include:
- AI-assisted ticket handling
- Automated response generation
- Human handoff workflows
- Team collaboration tools
- Early access or promotional pricing programs
We may update, improve, or modify the Service at any time.
2. Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have the authority to bind your company if registering on its behalf
- Provide accurate registration information
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Founder’s Club Terms
From time to time, DelDesk may offer early access programs, including a Founder’s Club membership.
If you join the Founder’s Club:
- The advertised monthly rate is locked in for as long as your subscription remains active and in good standing
- The rate applies only to the original account and may not be transferred
- If you cancel your subscription, reactivation may not include the original pricing
Founder’s Club availability may be limited and may close at any time.
4. Account Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Maintain the security of your login credentials
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
- Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws
You are responsible for all data submitted through your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use DelDesk to:
- Violate any law or regulation
- Transmit unlawful, harmful, or abusive content
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Attempt to reverse engineer or misuse the AI systems
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
6. AI Functionality and Limitations
DelDesk uses machine learning systems trained on customer support interactions within your account.
You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated responses may not always be accurate
- Human review may be required in certain cases
- You remain responsible for communications sent to your customers
The “Silent Switch” functionality is designed to transfer uncertain conversations to human agents, but no automated system can guarantee perfect performance.
7. Data and Privacy
You retain ownership of your data.
By using DelDesk, you grant us a limited license to:
- Process support conversations
- Train account-specific AI models
- Provide and improve the Service
Our data handling practices are described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Fees and Billing
If you subscribe to a paid plan:
- You agree to pay all applicable fees
- Payments are billed monthly unless otherwise stated
- Fees are non-refundable unless required by law
We may change pricing for future billing cycles with reasonable notice.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
9. Unlimited Seats Policy
Where stated, subscriptions may include unlimited internal user accounts under a single organization.
This does not permit:
- Account sharing across unrelated companies
- Resale of access
- Abuse of system resources
We reserve the right to investigate unusual usage patterns.
10. Intellectual Property
All software, branding, and content provided by DelDesk remain our exclusive property.
You may not:
- Copy or modify the software
- Create derivative works
- Use our branding without permission
11. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
We may:
- Perform maintenance
- Modify or discontinue features
- Suspend service for security reasons
12. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
- You violate these Terms
- You fail to pay applicable fees
- We are required to do so by law
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DelDesk disclaims all warranties, including:
- Merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or reductions in ticket volume.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- DelDesk is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by email. Continued use of DelDesk after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DelDesk operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
