Digital Delivery
DelDesk is a cloud-based software product. There are no physical goods associated with your purchase. As a result, no shipping, handling, or physical delivery fees apply.
Once you join the Founder’s Club or subscribe to a paid plan:
- Access details will be delivered to the email address you provide.
- Early access invitations will be sent when your account is approved.
- There are no shipping carriers, tracking numbers, or delivery delays.
Access Timing
- Founder’s Club members will receive onboarding instructions via email during the early access rollout period.
- Public plan subscribers will receive access credentials immediately after account setup and confirmation.
If you do not receive your access email within a reasonable timeframe, please check your spam or promotions folder before contacting support.
International Availability
Because DelDesk is delivered entirely online, it is accessible globally wherever internet access is available. No customs fees, import duties, or regional shipping restrictions apply.
