Thank you for choosing DelDesk. This Refund Policy explains how payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled for all subscriptions.

By subscribing to DelDesk, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Subscription Billing

DelDesk is offered as a monthly subscription service.

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis.
  • Founder’s Club pricing is locked in for life for active subscribers.
  • All payments are processed securely through our payment provider.

2. No Refunds or Credits

All payments are final.

We do not offer refunds or credits for:

  • Partial subscription periods
  • Unused services
  • Downgrades
  • Cancellations made after a billing cycle has started

Once a subscription payment has been processed, it cannot be refunded in whole or in part.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Cancellation will stop future billing.
  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
  • You will not receive a refund for the remaining time in your billing cycle.

To cancel, follow the instructions inside your account dashboard or contact support.

4. Founder’s Club Pricing

Founder’s Club pricing is available only during the early access period.

If you cancel your Founder’s Club subscription and later choose to rejoin, the original discounted rate is not guaranteed and standard pricing may apply.

5. Service Access Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent access to DelDesk, please contact our support team immediately. We will investigate and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds will not be issued for temporary service interruptions, maintenance, or performance issues.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

Continued use of DelDesk after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
