Throughout this policy, “DelDesk,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to DelDesk and its operators. “You” refers to visitors, customers, and users of our services.

If you join the waitlist, we only collect the email address you submit.

B. Customer Support Data Processed Through DelDesk

When you use DelDesk, the platform processes support conversations between your business and your customers. This may include names, email addresses, message content, attachments, and ticket metadata.

DelDesk acts as a data processor for your support conversations. You remain the data controller for your customers’ data.

We process this data solely to provide automated responses, improve accuracy, enable human handoffs, and maintain platform performance. We do not use your customers’ conversations for advertising.

C. Automatically Collected Information

We may collect IP address, browser type, device information, usage data, and cookies. This helps us improve performance, maintain security, analyze usage trends, and prevent abuse.

4. Founder’s Club & Waitlist Emails

If you join the waitlist, we use your email solely to communicate about early access and product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails. No credit card is required to join the waitlist.

We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the service, meet contractual obligations, comply with legal requirements, and resolve disputes.

If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable timeframe unless retention is legally required.
